My husband and I had the opportunity to go to buybuy BABY and set up our registry and had the pleasure of meeting with Megan the lead registry consultant. Megan walked us through setting up the registry along with taking us around the store to explain what we should be looking for. This is all new to us so it was nice having her expertise. It was also great to know that once we completed the registry we received a 15% completion coupon for us to purchase anything remaining on the registry at the end! Megan then told us about the interactive checklists that helps to make sure you have everything covered that you need for a newborn, which is a HUGE help for me since this is my first pregnancy.
As we walked around adding things to the registry we were amazed at all of the products they carried and had in stock. We started with the bottles and ended up picking the Dr. Browns based on what Megan thought would suit us best. As we walked around the feeding area we added so much stuff until we left and headed to the strollers.
Strollers…. Where to start. Having twins we had to select a double but had reservations about getting one that was so wide it would barely fit through doors. As the staff members explained the pros and cons of each we ended up going with…… you guessed it, the UPPAbaby Vista double. It’s so beautiful and functional that we bought the matching car seats as well!
From there we headed to the furniture section where we fell in love with the clean modern look of the Hudson babyletto cribs. We went with the all white cribs as they will tie nicely into the theme of the girls nursery.
After selecting some of our bigger items for the registry and with this big belly, I was spent. After that we wrapped it up for our first visit and plan to go back next week to keep going and finish the registry.
Overall the entire experience was really pleasant and stress free. With the help of all of the associates and all of them being so knowledgeable, I’m so glad we registered with buybuy BABY! I am sure we will be going there for almost everything over the next few years.
