Welcome to Blondies Highlights hosted by me, Hillary Padavich! I am so glad you are joining me and look forward to sharing my stories with you. Please invite your friends to join us for some fun with fashion, décor, life and more. I have found this to be my outlet away from my professional career as a high school counselor. In my position, I am responsible for student success, whether it be social, emotional or educational. I am most concerned about students feeling good about themselves and strongly encourage self-esteem. With the daily pressures of caring for the many students I serve, I decided I needed an avenue to share life’s joys that have special meaning to me.
The things that bring me happiness are what I am going to share with you. Fashion, either in clothing or dressing my home take me to another place and besides, it is lots of fun. Travel, outdoor activities, and social times with my loved ones always bring happiness to my heart. Just a few of the joys of life for me!
Enjoyment comes from fashion and the hunt for that special dress, jacket, and a pair of shoes at the best prices. Knowing that something which you love is worth the wait because it will inevitably go on sale at some point. Patience, my friend! This goes for any purchase whether it be fashion in clothing or a new table for your home. Just be patient! Always worth the wait, believe me. You will never feel guilty when you tire of something as you never paid full price for it to begin with, right?
